Dear Pharmacy Tech at CVS,

When you first came to the counter to “help” me, I was a little irritated at the put-out look on your face. Considering that you are technically in a Customer Service position, you could at least put a smile on your face (I don’t care if it’s fake) when you help me.

But then I took a closer look at you, and I understood. If I had that haircut, I’d be grouchy, too.

    I’d be grumpy too if I wasn’t allowed to sample all the drugs behind the counter. heheheh.
